More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
